Hung by Holly Hart

I received an e-ARC from RedCape Romance in exchange for an honest review.

Alicia:

I never thought my big break in the music business would come from Clay Hunt. The hottest pop star on the planet, and me? But that’s what happened. First he ruined my show–and then he saved it.

Next thing I know, we’re making an album. Recording together … it’s crazy good. The way we can’t keep our hands off each other? Is just crazy.

But Clay’s label wants to kick him to the curb because they think he’s nothing but a wild man. So now we’re having a baby. He’s not a bad man deep inside, but there’s so much pain wrapped up with all the good. Can we really make this work?

Clay:

My career was going down the tubes until I got up on that stage with Alicia. At first she was just a way to keep my label off my back … but everything’s changed.

A part of me I thought was dead forever is coming back to life, and it’s because of her. All the crap I’ve been running away from all these years — I almost feel like I can face it so long as she’s with me.

Is that crazy? Maybe. All I know is that letting her go is not an option.

This book did not look all that promising for me. It sounded like just another romance where love changes everything. Just like Tackle, by Holly Hart, which wasn’t my favourite of the lot.

But I was so, so wrong.

This book was so much more than that. It was new life, a life of second chances and second loves without ever looking back and missing the life you left behind.

The writing was beautifully paced and Alicia was beautifully described. I loved those times when Clay got all protective of her when anyone passed a racist comment. I loved that fact that he loved her so deeply and she him.

An overall amazing book, with a love story of a lifetime and steamy scenes too irresistible!

Rating: 4/5

Recommendation: For all lovers of Romance!

Hi there would you mind stating which blog platform you’re using?
I’m looking to start my own blog soon but I’m having a tough time
    deciding between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and
Drupal. The reason I ask is because your design seems different then most blogs and I’m looking
for something completely unique. P.S Sorry for getting off-topic but I had to ask!

      I’m using WordPress.com.
I think WP will suit your blog as well. It is very flexible and bends to most of your needs 😀
